Beaverkill Bourbon Cream
Mudslide
It’s hard not to think about Ruby Tuesday’s or other chain restaurants when you bring up a Mudslide, but with our Bourbon Cream, it transforms this raucous cocktail into a sophisticated class of indulgence.
- 1 oz Bootlegger New York Craft Vodka
- 1 oz coffee liqueur
- 1 oz Beaverkill Bourbon Cream
- 1 1/2 oz heavy cream
- Garnish: chocolate shavings
- Add the vodka, coffee liqueur, bourbon cream and cream to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass or coupe.
- Garnish with freshly shaved chocolate.
